Virtual Zoom Classes
Workout with us virtually via Zoom! Once you sign up for a Virtual Class on our Zen Planner Member App or Member Website, you will have access to a Zoom link and password. Click and take the class LIVE with a Knockout Trainer! If you took our Instagram Live Classes during Quarantine, you already got a taste of our Virtual workouts – you don’t need any equipment or experience. We welcome all ages & fitness levels to join us live! All Annual & Monthly Knockout Members will have FREE access to our Virtual Classes during COVID because of your support and dedication this year. If you’re new to Knockout, we are offering a Virtual Membership for those interested in taking Virtual Classes only. Click here to sign up.
On-Demand Class Library Now Available For All Members
As we continue to host Virtual Classes, all workouts will be stored online in our On-Demand Class Library! To access our On-Demand classes, click the below button, and press Play next to the Class you’d like to take (please note: all classes require a password).
