This fast-paced fitness class will place less emphasis on boxing technique and more on cardio. The class is designed to burn calories and tone you up, boot camp style!

This 45 minute class focuses on muscle endurance. Workouts are geared towards building lean muscle, utilizing weights, bands, kettle bells, & TRX, which in turn will help burn fat. If you’re looking to tone up, this is the class for you!
