ReOpening – Outdoor Classes

Sign Up For Outdoor Classes

We can now host workouts under 10 people! During this transition, you MUST reserve on our online calendar below. Each drop in will be $12 (normal drop-ins are $20). We have decided to keep all memberships and class packs frozen during this transition to be fair to our members – we know some of you are not comfortable going outside quite yet. We are taking this VERY seriously – we will be following the State regulation of 10 people or less by capping each workout, and we will be practicing social distancing keeping everyone well over 6 ft apart. You will be safe, and you will be sweaty! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so the trainer can check you in. If you are late, you may lose the opportunity to participate in the class. LET’S KNOCKOUT CORONA ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Outdoor Class Packs have been removed. We plan to reopen our gym VERY soon!!! Use your existing outdoor class packs this week or click on a class to drop in. Reopening announcement coming soon!

If you have any questions, PLEASE scroll down and read through our FAQ below.

How do I sign up for a class? If you’re reserving one class, you can click on the class you’d like to sign up for on the Calendar above or click here to visit our Portal. After you choose the class, it will give you 2 options – if you’re a current member in our system (either membership or classpack), you will need to login using your email on file. If you do not have a password yet, or you forget your password, click “Forgot Password” and it will email you instructions to reset. If you’re NEW to the gym, you can click Sign Up and enter your information.

Why is it not letting me book multiple classes? Our billing software reads multiple “drop-in” transactions as duplicates. If you wish to book multiple classes, YOU MUST buy our outdoor classpacks. We have 3, 5 and 10 packs. See the links above.

Do I have to pay the $12 drop in fee if I have a membership or class pack? YES, YES, and YES. All of our memberships are frozen. We will NOT be activating memberships or allowing class packs until we are officially reopen running our normal business hours. You must pay the $12 drop in fee for each class. Purchase our outdoor classpacks above if you plan on reserving multiple classes.

Is there a Waitlist? Yes, if you’d like to join a class, we highly recommend joining our Waitlist. Participants may cancel the class anytime and no later than 24 hours before the class time. So make sure you’re the first in line by joining the Waitlist!

How many classes can I reserve? You can click and reserve one class OR you can reserve multiple classes by purchasing our outdoor classpacks (see above links). However, we only allow you to reserve 14 days in advance. You cannot sign up for a class more than 14 days out.

Where do you meet? You will meet outside the gym at Fed Hill and Towson, at the front door. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can check you in, and put your belongings inside. We are launching new classes in Canton and other neighborhoods so make sure you read the description under the class for location details.

What if I am running late to the class? If you’re late, you have no way of knowing where the class is. You can try to meet up with the group, however it may be difficult to find them. We will try our best to communicate if this happens.

How many per class, and is it safe? We are only allowed to host 10 people. We will be practicing social distancing 6 ft apart. Masks are optional.

How do you cancel your reservation? Click on the class, login and click Cancel. You can do so on our calendar above OR you can click here to visit our main Portal. You must cancel 24 hours before the class start time, otherwise you will be charged. NO REFUNDS WITHIN 24 HOUR TIME LIMIT.

Can you reserve a class last minute? Yes, as long as the class isn’t full, you can reserve anytime before the class start time. However, you cannot cancel within 24 hours, so make sure you can attend the class before reserving.

How long will you be hosting these outdoor classes of 10 people? We are unsure because it’s the State’s decision. As you know, Governor Hogan just announced that we are allowed to host outdoor classes of 10, so we will continue to stay alert and tweak this model when we’re given more direction.
